A complex blend from 5 quality origin Arabicas. The origins are roasted then blended to give a robust, full flavoured espresso coffee very popular for home espresso afficianados.

The blend was custom developed by us for a very popular cafe in its day in Cairns (was the busiest in Cairns in the early 90s) called Mozarts.
